Barnyard Grass (or Japanese Millet) is an annual cover crop for wet to medium soils. Ideally it is for wetland seedings, spring or fall. It is a warm season grass; it actively grows during the summer when soil temperatures are warm. Use 1 lb per acre when planting with your native seed and 5-10 lbs/acre when seeded alone.

Do you have any cover crop seeds with hydrogel coating?

Hello, We do not have any cover crop seeds with hydrogel. The only thing we add to our cover crop seeds is on our Buffalo grass. It does have saltpeter to aid in germination. I hope this helps!
